​Annette, a proud mother of three successful adult children, proudly calls James Island home. As a CEO and business owner , she has built a successful business in the political arena. Known for her high profile events,  her success in campaign management and fundraising.​

Annette is also a respected leader in local and state government, over the years she has built very strong relationships with members of  city and county councils, State Legislators and State Senators throughout the low country and tri county area. As well as a solid professional relationship with Congress members and our Lt Governor. These relationships will  be beneficial to her getting state and county funding and bringing it back home. 

 

She has worked in Columbia to strengthen grassroots involvement and advance policies that prioritize accountability and fiscal responsibility. She believes Charleston  deserves thoughtful leadership that protects the unique nature of James Island and rejuvenates its current infrastructure which seems to have been neglected for decades. ​

With her background in business, finance, and community service, Annette understands the challenges facing families and small businesses across the city of Charleston. She is committed to ensuring that District 12 has a strong voice on City Council as well as in Columbia—one that puts the  residents and the business owners of James Island first.

 

She will work tirelessly to strengthen the infrastructure,  fix the roads , and build sidewalks. Local business owners will finally get the respect and help they deserve.​​
